Try it out now on Switch and Switch 2.
Apart from the release of Street Fighter 6 on the Switch 2 this year, Capcom also released Capcom Fighting Collection 2 just before the arrival of the new Nintendo hardware.
Last month, this same collection of classics received a “free title update” – unlocking additional characters in Street Fighter Alper 3 UPPER and also adding quality of life upgrades, new artwork and more remix tracks. Now, this package has been updated again for all platforms (including Switch).

We speak with Kazutoyo Maehiro and Hiroshi Minagawa.
Boy, Square-Enix really wants us to party on our Switches like it’s… 1997.

As covered by Automaton, Okamoto – who worked on games such as Pikmin, Luigi’s Mansion, and Wii Play – describes a culture at Nintendo in which “everyone is a director”, thus giving team members the agency to make decisions that might improve a game.

“The work of The Traveler is eternal”.
In case you happened to miss it, Cronos: The New Dawn is out now on the Switch 2, and it’s really rather good.
Despite leaning heavily on tried-and-tested survival horror tropes, Bloober Team’s latest delivers a fascinating story involving time travel, big helmets, and gross, gooey creatures that have the ability to merge with dead bodies. No wake, no bake?
We’ve been putting a procession of 8BitDo controllers through the review process since Switch 2 launched. I’ve covered their excellent Pro 3 controller, whilst Ollie has been all over the new Arcade Stick for Switch + Switch 2 and the Ultimate 2C, which is the budget-friendly version of what I’m taking a look at today – the 8BitDo Ultimate 2 Wireless.
First and foremost, for anyone who doesn’t gel with the shape of the Pro 3 controller, what you’ve got here is one that suits those lovely, soft, Xbox-controller-shaped paws you’ve developed over the years.
