Get A Closer Look At Universal Orlando’s Super Nintendo World, Opening 2025

Mario, Yoshi AND Donkey Kong all set to appear.

If you cast your mind way back to 2021, you might remember the announcement that Universal Orlando’s Super Nintendo World was getting pushed to 2025. Well, today Universal has reconfirmed that this is still happening (yay!) and it has given a sneak peek at what’s in store.

The above video gives an in-depth look at the Nintendo-themed section of the park’s Universal Epic Universe (which also has dedicated areas for Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Ministry of Magic, How To Train Your Dragon: Isle of Berk and Dark Universe). We can see the sights of the main Mario area and the Donkey Kong Country expansion as well as get a taste of the three rides which will be available: Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge, Yoshi’s Adventure and Mine-Cart Madness.

Nintendo has announced the theme for Splatoon 3‘s next Splatfest and things are getting surprisingly dark.

Yes, away from last month’s competition of fluffy bunnies and cute chicks, the theme this time around is all about the end of the world. “What would you do at the world’s end?” is the question for this Splatfest, with Teams Same Ol’, Bucket List and Save the Day splatting it out for apocalypse supremacy.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is arriving on the Switch later this month and Nintendo’s European social media account continues to share all sorts of video clips. The latest one happens to be a look at the many locations you’ll visit throughout this classic adventure.

Endless Ocean Splashes Onto Switch Today With NSO Icons And New Tetris 99 Event

Endless Ocean: Luminous is out on the Nintendo Switch today and to build up some excitement Nintendo is running a few crossover events.

Stars Wars: Hunters Brings Free-To-Play PVP Action To Switch This June, Preload Now Live

“Fight for glory in the arena”.

Back in 2021, the online and mobile developer Zynga announced it would be bringing the “free-to-download” player-verse-player third-person competitive shooter Star Wars: Hunters to the Switch and mobile devices.

While it’s been playable on mobile devices for some time, it’s now finally launching on the Switch eShop on 4th June 2024. Preloads are also live, so you can jump straight in when the game unlocks on Switch.
