If you’re fond of the charming Dadish series on Switch, then you’ll be pleased to know that it’s heading into the third dimension next month with Dadish 3D.

Launching on 23rd April, 2024, Dadish 3D stars, well, Dadish as he embarks on his ‘craziest adventure yet’ to locate his missing children, who were lured away suspicious pop-up advertising. Although transitioning from 2D to 3D, the game is said to maintain the same tight platforming gameplay and witty dialogue that made the original games so attractive.

Level-5’s Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road Worldwide Beta Test Demo kicked off last week and it’s performing quite well.

The developer behind the game has announced the total downloads have surpassed 500,000 worldwide in just four days, which is certainly a promising start for this upcoming release, due out at some point in 2024.

March may have marked the Switch’s 7th birthday, but it’s otherwise been a bit of a calmer affair on the hybrid console. Popular indie tactical RPG Rainbow Moon finally landed on the eShop; the water-logged apocalypse became part of our lives with Highwater; Devolver Digital taught us about Cricket Through the Ages; and Indie World’s own Death Trick: Double Blind had you solve a murder mystery at the circus.

April Fool’s Day is now in session and many gaming companies are getting in on the action with their own amusing, harmless pranks.

One such company is, of course, The Pokémon Company, which has decided to lean into the sheer absurdity of its Pokémon Sleep app to reveal the ‘Pokémon Sleep Champion Tournament 2024’. The video itself, which clocks in at just under 4 minutes, is actually reasonably funny and is probably the best way that the firm could advertise its sleep app without relying on demonstrating its functions and interface.

TY the Tasmanian Tiger has made a comeback in recent years, and now to add to this, Krome Studios and U&I Entertainment have announced a new physical game bundle for the Nintendo Switch. There’s no release date or price just yet.

The TY the Tasmanian Tiger: Bush Rescue Bundle will come packaged with TY the Tasmanian Tiger HD, TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue HD and TY the Tasmanian Tiger 4: Bush Rescue Returns. And don’t worry, in this collection, all three games will be included on a single cartridge with no download required.
