Video: SEGA Shares “First Look” At Yakuza Kiwami 3’s Combat Gameplay

Sega this week surprised Yakuza fans with the announcement of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties for the Switch 2.

It will be making its way to Nintendo’s new hybrid system early next year on 12th February 2026, and while we’ve already got a teaser of what to expect, the team at Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has now shared a “first look” at the combat gameplay in Yakuza Kiwami 3.

Hitman: World Of Assassination Updated On Switch 2, Here Are The Full Patch Notes

Including fixes specific to Switch 2.

Hitman World of Assassination – Signature Edition didn’t get off to the best start when it arrived on the Switch 2 in June, but IO Interactive has made an effort since then to improve the overall experience.

With this in mind, the developer has now released another game update, which makes some updates across all platforms and also resolves multiple bugs in the Switch 2 version of the game. This follows an update in August, which added a Frame Rate option to lock the game at 30fps.

Random: This Pokémon X CMLL Wrestling Collab Is One Of The Best Crossovers Ever

Okay, this might be one of the most genius marketing collaborations ever: the Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (better known as CMLL) has teamed up with The Pokémon Company to promote Pokémon Legends: Z-A in the best way possible — a Mexican wrestling event (thanks, VGC!).

The Noche de Leyendas (literally Night of Legends) was a match to the “death” between Team Hawlucha — consisting of Místico, Máscara Dorada and Titán — and Team Machamp — made up of Volador Jr., Hechicero and Bárbaro Cavernario.

Splatoon 3’s Spooky Splatoween Splatfest Returns Next Month – Which Team Will You Pick?

Running from 25th-26th October (depending on your region), this event will see the return of the monster-based teams, with us all once again having to decide between Team Zombie, Skeleton, and Ghost in the battle of “Which would be the best friend?”

Dragon Quest I & II HD Remake’s Brand New Underwater Region Is Beautiful

If you’re excited to dive deep into Dragon Quest I & II HD Remake on 30th October, well, you’ll be able to do that quite literally, as Square Enix has shown off a brand new region, added to Dragon Quest II specifically, in this remake (thanks, Gematsu!).

The Seabed is (as you’d expect) an underwater region that you’ll be able to access as soon as you get the boat. And it’s here where you’ll meet the merfolk, who live in the aptly-named Mersea. But there’s no time to relax, as they’re being threatened by monsters.
