Danger Mouse Is Back With A New Game Tie-In For The Switch

Art of Play, Boat Rocker Media, and the BBC have announced a new Danger Mouse game based on the hit cartoon series from the ’80s.

Scheduled for launch in 2026, Danger Mouse will be a side-scrolling affair with 15 levels to work through. Co-op play will be available to include Penfold as a playable character, and the title is said to include “plenty of toilet humour”, so we’re definitely morbidly intrigued to see what that entails.

Mortal Kombat Releases Johnny Cage Teaser Ahead Of Official Sequel Trailer

It’s showtime in ‘Uncaged Fury’.

The Mortal Kombat II movie hype train is about to leave the station, with Warner Bros. today releasing a teaser tied to the upcoming action movie, which is arriving in cinemas on 24th October 2025.

It’s actually an “in-universe film trailer” for ‘Uncaged Fury’ starring Johnny Cage, who is played by The Boys superstar Karl Urban. Here’s the description via IGN. And just a word of warning, there is some swearing and a rude gesture (Johnny flipping the bird) in the video above.

Cyberpunk 2077 Update Announced For Switch 2, Here Are The Full Patch Notes

Cd Projekt Red has announced a new update for Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition on Switch 2, adding in four new cars and a boatload of improvements.

There’s no release date for the update at the time of writing, but we’d wager it probably won’t be too far off. It’s hitting the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC tomorrow (that’s 17th July 2025). We’ll let you know as soon as we get more details on the Switch 2 release.

Sonic Racing: Crossworlds On Switch 2 Will Feature The Full Base Game On Cartridge

That’s right, no Game-Key Card!

Sega has just earned itself a big win by confirming that Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds on the Switch 2 will not be a Game-Key Card when it launches physically in early 2026.

In a press release, the company confirmed that Crossworlds will launch digitally on Switch 2 in Holiday 2025 and physically in Early 2026, with two versions available for digital purchases. The standard is priced at £64.99 and the Digital Deluxe is priced at £74.99. It’s not known at this time how much the physical version will cost.

Well folks, the reviews are now in for Donkey Kong Bananza; Nintendo’s first proper 3D platformer for the Switch 2. So, what’s the verdict?

At the time of writing, the game is sitting at 90 on Metacritic, though it’s worth considering that new reviews will likely make themselves known in the coming days, so this might change in either direction. Regardless, it sounds like DK’s first 3D outing in decades has been worth the wait.

Nintendo Announces First Cast Members For The Legend Of Zelda Movie

NIntendo has announced its first casting choices for the upcoming The Legend of Zelda movie.

As revealed via the Nintendo Today! app and on social media, the role of Zelda will be played by Bo Bragason, while Link will be played by Benjamin Evan Ainsworth. The movie itself is scheduled to release on 7th May 2027.
